Teriyaki Short Ribs:
Ingredients:
Boneless Beef or Pork Ribs 2-3 Ibs
Olive oil
Fresh Ginger-diced
1-2 tablespoons of Brown Sugar
Seasoning:
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1-2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1-2 Cups of Yoshida's sauce
1-2 Cups of Chicken Broth
Carrots, Onion ,Broccoli
Instructions:
Make up the seasoning and rub it on the meat.
Transfer the meat to a hot pan with oil.
Toss in the diced up ginger, add the meat, and sear on all sides.
Take the chicken broth and Yoshida’s and add to the Crock Pot along with the brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
Take the meat out of the frying pan and add it to the crockpot; scrape out the drippings and add in also.
Turn on Medium to Low for 6-8 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving add: carrots, onion, and broccoli (add 5 minutes before serving).
Serve over rice.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds (optional)
